FAQ'S

36V vs 24V — is the extra money worth it?

100%. Returned a 24V — died in 30 min, couldn't handle grass. This goes 90 min and powers through lawn no problem. Extra money hurts once, a weak cart annoys you every day.

How fast does it go? Can I limit the speed?

High/Low speeds: low is ~3 mph, high is ~6 mph. Flip a switch to change. Low is perfect for beginners, high is fun without being scary.

What age is this suitable for? My kid just turned 3.

Perfect for ages 3+. My 4-year-old drives it fine on low speed with remote backup. The seat's roomy — my tall 7-year-old still fits comfortably. Weight limit is 150 lbs so it'll last a few years.

How long to charge? Any battery tips?

7-10 hours from empty. Plug in after dinner, ready by morning. Charger light turns green when done. First charge: do a full 10 hours even if light goes green earlier.

What if something's broken or missing when it arrives?

Check all parts against the manual before building. Take photos. Amazon/Hikole support is responsive — they shipped us a replacement charger in 2 days. Keep the box until everything's tested.
